Meow Cat Shelter

These lovely cats—and many more like them!—are available for adoption at the Meow Cat Shelter in Kirkland, WA.

Meow has cats that will get along with your dog, cats that will play with your children, and cats that would prefer to love only you.

When I acquired my own cat, Abby (previously Josephine), I found that Meow carefully interviews potential cat adopters to assure a good fit between cat and people. Adoption counselors are forthcoming about the cat’s health, history, and personality, so that each cat is adopted into a loving and permanent home.

Because “all nine lives are precious,” all profits from the sale of products featuring these particular cats will be donated to Meow to help them continue their good work.

Here's the process:

Make your final choices for prints and/or downloads for the digital album.

Add a guest comment to each of those, letting me know you want final processing done on it.

Feel free to include processing requests such as cropping, darker, lighter, etc.
Email me that you've made your choices, at sarah@docpixel.com.
I'll process them and upload to a "final" album.
I'll let you know when they're ready.
You'll be able to order prints, downloads, coffee mugs and other gifts from the final album.

Please note that computer monitors vary widely in color balance and light/dark values... so don't worry if these look too light or dark. My monitor is calibrated, and the final uploads will print normally at good quality.

Lex's Installation

On the evening of November 17th, 2009, Lex Breckinridge was formally installed as Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Medina, WA.

This important event included much preparation beforehand, the formal ceremony with the Bishop, and a reception following.

I was privileged to be asked to photograph the event and capture the moments of this significant day.

Guests are encouraged to add comments to the gallery guest book. To do this, go to the bottom of the page and click on the "add entry" link to add comments.

Barb's Birthday Party

A lovely, gracious woman in my circle of friends, Barb Sarver, turned 80 in October 2009. This event was marked by the sweetest and best birthday celebration I've ever been privileged to attend.

Her son Dave provided a giant limo, a great dinner at the Pacific Grill in Tacoma, fun at the Muckleshoot Casino, and a "paparazzi" (that would be me.) Barb's family and best friends contributed to the warmth of this memorable celebration.

To catch the attention of potential buyers in the current real estate market, a listed home needs to look its best, with great photographs.

Since many homeowners in the Seattle region are selling their homes for financial reasons, Beverly Bradshaw, Interior Designer/Stager, and Sarah Schoenfeld, Photographer, are offering discounted Photo Stylist packages for homes for sale.

Our photo styling packages include styling a clean home with your decor items, and digital photographs for web and flyer use. There are four packages to choose from, depending on the size of the home, and your needs;

Budget - 2 hours for $342. (10 to 20 photographs)

Standard - 3 hours for $486 (15 to 30 photographs)

Advanced - 4 hours for $612 (20 to 40 photographs)
Ultimate - 6 hours for $864 (30 to 60 photographs)

Styling is for interiors only, but exterior photography is included in all packages.

For best results, we suggest:

The home be clean and most family possessions removed.
Most furniture should be removed - only your best pieces should remain. Please note; we do not move heavy furniture.
Yards and gardens mowed, trimmed, weeded, pruned and flowers planted.
Move cars, tools and any non-essential possessions.
